EuroCave Compact, Built-In or Free -Standing Wine Cabinets

EuroCave Compact Series wine cabinets units are specifically engineered for seamless, flush-fitted installation into standard kitchen cabinetry using a front-venting system.

Key Models & Capacities
- Small Cellar Model 059: Designed for a standard 60 x 60 cm kitchen niche. It holds approximately 38 bottles in a 4-sliding-shelf layout, with a maximum capacity of 56 bottles.
- Large Cellar Model 259: A tall-profile column cabinet for larger collections, storing between 110 and 118 bottles.

Core Preservation Technologies
The series utilizes five protective pillars to replicate a natural cellar environment:
- Thermal Regulation: Twin Process system maintaining stable temperatures between 5°C and 20°C.
- Vibration Exclusion System (VES): Isolated compressor to protect wine from micro-vibrations.
- MDS Adjustable Shelving: "Main du Sommelier" cradles that absorb movement.
- Atmospheric Climatization: Aluminum interior walls and charcoal filters to regulate humidity (50%–80%) and purify air.
- UV Interception: Argon-gas-filled glazing that blocks 97% of light rays.
