EuroCave La Première series​ serves as an accessible, entry-level collection of freestanding wine storage cabinets. Handcrafted in France, these single-zone cabinets are engineered for long-term maturation by replicating the conditions of a natural underground cave.

The series utilizes EuroCave’s essential cellaring engineering, including:
  - Twin Process Thermal Control: Maintains a stable temperature zone through electronic regulation.
  - CQI Insulation: 5 cm thick walls provide thermal protection comparable to two meters of earth.
  - Vibration Exclusion System (VES): Protects wine from micro-vibrations.
  - "Breather Effect" Ventilation: Uses active charcoal filters to neutralize odors.
  - Hygro+ Humidity Optimization: Keeps humidity between 60% and 75% to prevent cork dry-out.

The collection is available in three sizes based on standard 750 ml bottles:
  - Small (V-PRE2-S): 74-bottle capacity, 5 beechwood shelves.
  - Medium (V-PRE2-M): 141-bottle capacity, 10 sliding universal shelves.
  - Large (V-PRE2-L): 177–182 bottle capacity, 11 shelves (8 sliding, 3 fixed).

Product Variations
Options include solid doors for maximum insulation (Class F energy rating) or UV-protected glass doors for display purposes. Large format units also feature internal amber LED accent lighting.

Comparison with Premium Series
As an entry-level line, La Première maintains the same cooling performance as premium models but features a more streamlined design:
  - Interface: Features a simple white-on-black digital LCD instead of a full-color display.
  - Maintenance: Requires manual tracking for annual charcoal filter replacements, as there is no automatic countdown notification.
  - Monitoring: While it actively manages moisture, it does not include a real-time digital hygrometer display.
